Nancy -- March 25, 1981 to May 7, 1997 -- Rest In Peace

On May 7th, 1997, a friend of ours was in an accident. Nancy, age 16, was driving home from a friend's house when her car went off the side of the road and up an embankment. Her car flipped 2 to 6 times. The cause of the accident is still unclear.

She was rushed to the hospital and put on life support, but she had no brain waves and was later taken off the support. She died early the next morning. Her soul was already gone and she was in a better place. Although we do not know why she was taken from us so early, we can find peace in knowing that God wanted her in his kingdom with him. We all miss her, but we know she is not in pain and that she is happy in Heaven....where she deserves to be.

Death
We cannot say, and we will not say,
That she is dead, she is just away,
With a cheery smile, and the wave of a hand,
She has wondered into an unknown land,
And left us dreaming how very fair,

Since she lingers there,
Think of her faring on as dear,
In the love of there,
